Cultural Emergency Response (CER) is an international NGO dedicated to coordinating and supporting locally-led protection to culture in crisis. We promote inclusivity and accessibility by developing and strengthening decentralised infrastructures for cultural emergency response. We provide fast, flexible support to fit the needs of local actors in crisis situations, and we invest in the capacities of our partners through dialogue, training, and sharing expertise. Our advocacy work makes the case that cultural rescue is a vital component of humanitarian aid.

DutchCulture is the Dutch platform for international cultural collaboration.
We work together with makers, cultural organizations and professionals, governments, and other partners toward a connected world in which the power of culture can fully flourish.

The European Cultural Foundation grows a sense of European belonging by developing and supporting cultural initiatives that bring people together, inspire hope, foster democracy and imagine a shared future for Europe.
Our founders created the European Cultural Foundation in 1954 as they envisioned a united Europe where citizens feel proudly European, a place where they can live, express themselves, work and dream freely, in diversity and harmony. We believe our mission is as urgent now as it was back then.

Prince Claus Fund is an independent foundation dedicated to culture and development.
With trust-based funding, connections and recognition, we serve engaged artists and cultural practitioners in places where culture is under pressure. By creating a global network of changemakers and amplifying the ground-breaking work they do, we contribute to a more equitable, peaceful, sustainable and inclusive future. Because culture is a basic need.

At Domo, we believe in culture that connects people across borders. Our mission is to inspire and empower international cultural collaboration by bringing together diverse organisations, individuals, and communities.

"What started as a shared office has grown into a shared vision. We remain distinct organisations, but a common urgency drives us. Together, we're creating a a home for   international cultural collaboration in Amsterdam." — Sanne Letschert, Director of Cultural Emergency Response.

mission & vision
We create spaces where ideas flow freely, artistic expressions
are celebrated, and new perspectives emerge. From our communications to the activities and initiatives we organise, everything we do is rooted in the belief that collaboration across cultures fosters mutual understanding, sparks creativity, and leads to more inclusive and connected societies.
We envision a world where cultural exchange enriches lives, challenges boundaries, and becomes a catalyst for co-creating meaningful, innovative solutions to global challenges. Domo is where those connections begin.
